Michael Card offers decades of hands-on construction experience across residential, commercial, and development projects. Known for his steady leadership and practical approach, he manages complex builds with clarity — keeping projects aligned with scope, schedule, and client expectations from start to finish.
His background spans project planning, team coordination, permitting, and regulatory oversight. Adam’s work reflects nearly three decades of construction experience, grounded in craftsmanship and disciplined execution. After building and operating a successful remodeling company in Connecticut, he expanded into large-scale residential construction in Florida, leading teams and overseeing project delivery as a Regional General Manager.
In 2024, he co-founded Castle Bay Builders Group with a clear objective: to combine custom craftsmanship with structured project management. Adam approaches each build with a focus on precision, organization, and a clean, well-run site — supported by strong collaboration with trade partners and a commitment to consistent, high-quality work.
